Mindset coaching is an investment  because it requires time and effort (and yes, some money) to see results, so it's important that you have all your questions answered and feel confident in the support I can provide before making the investment in yourself. During this free, no obligation 20-30 minute phone call, I will explain coaching in more detail and answer all of your questions about the process. After the call, the decision about whether or not to continue will be completely up to you.
